our stay at le djoloff was beyond expectations - the location by the sea and market made for interesting walks. the hotel had character, good wifi, and a comfortable room. the staff were friendly and the rooftop restaurant had great views.

The location was so close to market soumbedioune which I wanted to visit. Churrascaria Brasil, where you can eat, is short way from the hotel.

Spent an amazing time in Senegal during Christmas and stayed in a cozy hotel with great Italian showers and a stunning rooftop with a spectacular view. The location was very convenient, near bustling neighborhoods and the beach. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a buffet style and the staff were helpful and friendly.

I only stayed one night but I will def come back. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was big with internet connection,bottled- water supply and air conditioning.

Bring your own shampoo and bathroom stuff. Other than that, all good

Wonderful surprise with a complimentary upgrade to a quieter, larger room with a better bathroom. The staff was accommodating and understanding of our needs. we had a pleasant experience and would certainly recommend this hotel.

I got great value for my money at Le Djoloff with comfortable rooms and a fantastic rooftop view. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring different parts of the city, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast offerings could use some improvement, maybe with a wider variety of options.

The facilities themselves were amazing. There was attention to every detail in the building and decor. It felt like we were transported to a different place when we walked inside. Staff was very friendly and accommodating (when we thought our AC wasn't working). My favorite part was the roof terrace with restaurant, especially at night when there was a cool breeze and you could see the city skyline.

The AC wasnt on when we got to our room. We went up to the roof terrace with wonderful welcome cocktails in hopes that our room would cool down. About an hour later, we went back to the room and it was a bit cooler, but not what I would expect. My wife was still sweating inside the room. We told them and they checked it out and asked if we wanted a different room. We said, "If it wouldn't be trouble." immediately they showed us a room and even brought our bags for us. The AC in the next room was the same way. We were uncomfortable and sweating for a while and we talked with the staff about it. Finally a manager came in and said that the AC units aren't powerful enough to get it cool right away. It turns out they were right. If we had waited in the first room, it probably would have been cooler in te next 30 minutes. Once the room got cool, it remained very cool and we had no other problems. If you go to this hotel, just ask them to have the AC turned on a couple of hours before you come.

Very satisfying combination of location, authentic interior, friendly staff and fantastic rooftop terras. Rooms are very beautiful and romantic.
